      Smitty is the crusty old battle-worn space captain that every sea food resteraunt proprietor pretends to be like.  After Captain Mooki became so popular after his first day as guest Captain, Smitty was transfered out of the way to head one of the port stations at the far end of the Galactic Patrol's juristiction.  Smitty  waits for any chance to take down Mooki and regain his ship.
